Cruise lines compared on one honest axis

Loyalty to a line is expensive if you never check what it costs. Every fare we list carries two grades: a Deal grade against genuinely comparable sailings, and a Line grade showing how it rates within that line's own fleet.

Based on 70 sailings we list, observed . All prices are estimates in USD, per person per day, and may change — confirm the fare with the cruise line before booking.

Comparing across lines, not just within one

A mainstream megaship and a premium ship are rarely priced the way you would guess, because headline fares hide trip length and cabin category. Put both on a per-person, per-day basis and the step-up line is sometimes the cheaper buy — which is the comparison most shopping tools never let you make.

Two ideas do most of the work here. Per-day price makes different trip lengths comparable, and cabin inversions show where a higher category is priced below a lower one on the same ship. If you care more about where you are going than who you sail with, start from regions instead.
